National Lockdown - we remain open
As you may be aware, on Monday 4th January 2021 Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a further national lock down due to the rising cases of Covid-19.
We would like to reassure you that we will remain OPEN. There are no restrictions with regards to medical treatment and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments with us.
We have all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and unlike in March (first national lockdown) there is currently no shortage of PPE and therefore no effect on your dental treatment.
Please continue to attend your appointments. Our infection control procedures along with our robust triaging policy are in place to ensure the safety of both patients and staff and we continue to follow our high standards in cross infection control, as always.
If you are worried about attending your appointment please give us a call, one of our friendly team will be happy to discuss any of your concerns and talk you through our vigorous cross infection control procedures including:
- Covid-19 triage questions prior to arrival
- Non-contact check in
- Temperate check on arrival
- All patients to wear a mask
- Social distancing
- Alcohol hand gel freely available
We are a SAFE environment and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment. If you would like to book an appointment please call us today
